Managing Director – Ilias Agapidis

I began my career in heating technology in 1997 and, after completing my A-levels and studying industrial engineering, gained extensive knowledge of photovoltaics. I initially built up the B2C sales division at an engineering firm before working as a key account manager for several PV module manufacturers in southern Germany.

After moving into the energy sector, I developed energy services at Stadtwerke Bietigheim-Bissingen and qualified as an energy consultant and thermographer. I later returned to the PV industry and supported EDF in setting up a new company.

In June 2023, I founded Energy Consulting Hilion to offer bespoke energy solutions. With over 30 years’ experience in client consultancy and 15 years in the PV sector, I set the highest standards for my work and strive to find the best solutions for my clients.
